This affordable monthly running program is designed for anyone looking to build overall strength and improve cardiovascular fitness.

You’ll train five days a week, with an optional sixth day, incorporating dedicated strength work each session—focusing on either the upper or lower body—along with cardiovascular exercises and accessory movements. This is a limited-equipment program, and everything is scalable and modifiable to suit different fitness levels and available gear.

You’ll also have free access to the core track, which includes dedicated sessions for those looking to improve core strength.

DAILY WORKOUTS

I created this program to ensure you always have a workout at hand. Each day, you’ll get a quick overview of the session, followed by the workout itself—simple, effective, and to the point. There’s no warm-up, no strength work, and no extras—just a short, intense session designed to get you sweating.

The program runs for 7 days a week. Most workouts take 30 minutes or less, though some may be slightly longer or shorter.

You will have access to four different tracks:

30-DAY CORE CHALLENGE

Ready to build a stronger core and feel amazing? This 30-day core challenge program is designed to help you strengthen your core, improve endurance, and feel more confident in your movements!

With 3 training days each week, plus 1 optional day for some zone 2 work, this program offers the perfect balance of challenge and recovery.

You’ll need just a few basic pieces of equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, a plyometric box or bench, and a skipping rope.
